Welcome to West London Penguin

We are the leading water polo club in London and South East England, with men's and women's teams competing in the first division of the National League, and women's teams in other divisions of the League. Our women's first team finished second in this season's British Championships and placed in the top 16 in Europe.

We cater for all experienced and aspiring water polo players of all ages with training across central and west London.

We also have a strong masters swimming squad based in Fulham, SW6.

Penguin Masters bring home the medals at the Barnet Copthall Sprint Meet

Well done to the small team who won eight individual medals and two relay medals at the Barnet Copthall Masters Sprint Meet on Sunday 5 September 2010. What we lacked in numbers we made up for in enthusiastic support for our swimmers!

Kim Brinkman took bronze in the 25-29 age group 100m IM and Jonathan Campbell won bronze in the 30-34 years 100m back.

Bryan Hoffman achieved a gold medal in the 30-34 years 50m Breaststroke and silver in the 100m Breaststroke.

Lisa Williams takes silver in the annual swim from Europe to Asia

Lisa Williams takes silver in the Hellespont SwimCongratulations to Lisa Williams for taking the silver medal in her category in the annual Hellespont Swim on Monday 30th August.

This traditional swim race crosses the Hellespont starting in Europe and finishing in Asia. It has been held for the last 25 years, drawing swimmers from around Turkey and overseas.

Brighton Pier to Pier

Brighton PierWell done to Penguin water polo ladies Rebecca Herbert, Tasja Botha and Lorelle Dooley who took part in the annual Brighton Pier to Pier swim on Saturday 24 July 2010. About 150 swimmers from clubs across England took part in the 1,500m race which dates back to 1936, between Brighton's West Pier and Palace Pier.
